Pentland Hills Riding Rejected From Bacchus Marsh Shire
The Minister of Public Works refused to grant severance for the Pentland Hills Riding, noting it would adversely affect Bacchus Marsh Shire. He proposed a re subdivision to evenly spread valuations, citing the riding’s £4503 out of £41949 total and urging a petition by one-fourth of Municipal Roll to pursue redistricting. Secretary E. T. Drake forwarded the decision and form details.
