On Monday March 25 at 1 o'clock McPhail Anderson Co will sell fat store and dairy cattle sheep pigs and sundries at Bacchus Marsh Peter Heagney district representative Main Street oversees the sale.

Owing to strong support for the company, the Commission on Sales of Fat Stock at Newmarket is reduced to 24 percent for the year ending 30 April 1917. In the Shire of Bacchus Marsh yard fee schedule dated 14 March 1938, charges apply to horses, cattle, sheep, and produce. Fees range from sixpence per horse to one shilling for cattle under ten, with incremental charges for larger cattle lots and produce stored in the yards.
