Akers brothers face Bacchus Marsh court adjourned
On August 26 at Bacchus Marsh Court Ernest Akers and Edward Akers were charged with being on licensed premises the Royal hotel. Witnesses alleged entry by the Young Street door and exit by a back way. The bench adjourned both cases to September 9 pending the magistrate.
