An adjourned Red Cross society sale and patriotic food sale will be at the town hall at 1 o clock next Saturday with H A McEwen as auctioneer. Leftover items include two steers four horses two cows a quantity of barley and other farming goods plus a wolf hound set of barrows and hay. The Pleasant Valley skating rink will also be sold with pump pipe stove lanterns and cash in the treasury. The rink contains lumber siding and wet concrete. Rev. High School Creates Court of Honor Organization
A high school literary society forms a Court of Honor to regulate student conduct. Logging boom eyed as eighty million feet cut this season
Government timber inspector Harry Browne says logging is active along the east line with an estimated eighty million feet of timber to be cut. Frager Lumber Co. and the Red Deer Co. are reported to have taken out about thirty million feet.

A large crowd attended the Sunday service at St James Presbyterian as a temporary honor roll of congregational enlistees was unveiled.
