Ribbentrop Evades Roundup of Nazis

London reported Joachim von Ribbentrop former Nazi foreign minister remains at large in the Allied roundup of enemy bigs. Nazi envoy Von Ribbentrop said to be in Austria on way to Argentina

AP reports Joachim von Ribbentrop, the last Nazi big at large, seen in Austria and possibly heading to Switzerland and Argentina. An informant cites a former German foreign office head claiming he is posing as a farmer near the Italian frontier and bought a mountain cabin last March. Former collaborators say they have lost track and fear he may travel on false papers to Switzerland and then to Argentina where portions of his fortune were reportedly sent.
