Allan Gunter says tests by provincial sanitary engineers will determine odor cause in one of five Medicine Hat lagoons. An automatic pH recorder will help test, with lime or bacteria seeding as options. Lagoon system, built to standards, has 91 percent efficiency.
Mr Justice Hugh Farthing in Calgary reserved his decision on whether an appeal from the Provincial Advisory Planning Board can be heard in Supreme Court.
