London reports Cork suffered a major blast at a dry goods store with several killed. Dispatches state bombs were placed in a window. gunfire followed as troops man armored cars patrolled the city amid rioting in Belfast and Dublin developments.
Liberal leader Hon W L MacKenzie King arrives from Deaver Colorado to begin a Western Canada speaking tour in Slane. MPs Earnest Lapointe William Pull and W C Kennedy join him with greetings from Premier John Oliver and provincial officials. Beland will join after Manitoba. King to speak in Vancouver Wednesday night.
