Wildlife officials tranquilized and captured a young bull moose wandering into a Medicine Hat residential area from the coulees. Four tranquilizers were needed before the 800 pound animal was transported to Cypress Hills. Residents described the moose as a familiar sight near Mother Teresa School. John Doe, local resident, noted the animal moved along sidewalks and through yards as police redirected traffic. Authorities continued to manage the scene and student safety.
