Medicine Hat Mall unveils a $15 million redevelopment converting the former Target site into a modern food court with new corridors entrances and expanded parking. Primaris Real Estate expects two large retailers of about 20 000 square feet each plus four shops and a restaurant to revitalize the empty 100 000 square foot area by next August after Target's 2015 closure.
