Charles Mort of Ed Christian’s employ drowned near Gold Butte Montana on August 28 while duck hunting with two companions. His horse plunged into a deep hole. Mort disappeared and was later found and buried in Gold Butte Cemetery. Mort, a sober worker of two years, leaves relatives in Medicine Hat, Asia Canada.
