RCMP issued an Amber Alert after the disappearance of two year old Hailey Dunbar Blanchette and the death of her father Terry Blanchette in Blairmore Alberta. Investigators say the child was taken around 3 30 a m in a white van with a large rear antenna and a flag. Witnesses saw the van fleeing west at high speed.
