Canadians confirm third victim in New York hijacking crash
Foreign Affairs confirms a third Canadian died in the World Trade Center collapse and says up to 100 additional Canadians remain unaccounted for. A government hotline at 1-800-387-3124 fields emotional calls from friends and relatives in Canada. The other two Canadians killed were Garnet Bailey and Alexander Filipov.
