Copithorne sets completion date for Highway 43
Highways Minister Clarence Copithorne announced at the Medicine Hat Chamber of Commerce annual meeting that paving Highway 48 from Elkwater to the Montana border should be finished by 1975 or earlier and Highway 3 rebuilding to Taber to be completed by 1976. British troops capture IRA chief in Belfast raid

Oil spill after freighter collision near Cape Hatteras
