Gosnell released on bail in murder case

A 26 year old woman charged with second degree murder in the death of her 21 year old husband was freed on a 2000 dollar bail. The hearing used a long distance line between Medicine Hat and Calgary Court of Queen's Bench. The defendant will return Sept 17 in Medicine Hat provincial court for a preliminary hearing to determine if the Crown has enough evidence for trial.
