Coleridge Police Seize Blind Pig Run by Local Owner
Chief Detective Rudd of the Edmonton License Department found a blind pig in Coleridge last week. Six dozen beer bottles and half a gallon of rye whisky were confiscated. The proprietor pleaded guilty before Capt. Parker on Monday and was fined 100 dollars plus 27.50 dollars costs.

Mounted Police Trace Ro dier's Movements After Disappearance
The Mounted Police finally traced Ro dier after he vanished near Putnam Bros ranch in Gros Ventre at around Aug 1. He bought a team, headed to a homestead, fired, and left a wagon and horse behind. The stallion was found. he moved toward Coleridge then vanished with an eastbound freight train. No reasons are known but he may have contacted friends in France.
