Oil Structure Found North of Medicine Hat
Canadian Oil and Refining Company geologists led by Charles C. Coulter report a large, complete oil structure on a seven square mile folding in central Alberta along the South Saskatchewan River. Mrs. Burns Dies in Vancouver After Illness
Mrs. Burns wife of Calgary cattleman Patrick Burns died at Vancouver General Hospital after two months illness. Eileen Ellis daughter of Thomas Ellis of Penticton, married to Burns in 1901. She leaves her husband and one son. Burns had been in Winnipeg and rushed to the coast on word of her condition. She was 51 years old.
