A 20 year old Lethbridge man faces assault causing bodily harm and failing to provide the necessaries of life after his two month old son suffered a broken femur. police say the Aug 27 incident at a home occurred without the mother present and the hospital visit occurred Aug 29. The child is in temporary guardianship with Children's Services and the accused has a court date Oct 8.
