Alberta oil output to resume by next Tuesday
Premier Peter Lougheed announced Alberta would restore full oil production by the coming Tuesday after a federal Alberta energy pricing accord. The agreement cements provincial resource control, ends the export tax on natural gas, and fixes domestic crude at 57.75 a barrel for July 1 1986 with a five year term and a one year extension. Cultural centre planned for Medicine Hat by spring 1983
