Preliminary moves for a U.S. wide poll of 3,000,000 farmers were drafted by the Agricultural Adjustment Administration on Friday. Dr. Richard Light of Yale University and companion Robert Wilson landed in Reykjavik Iceland after flying from Angmagssalik Greenland. Light said rain reduced visibility to about four miles en route. They planned to refuel Saturday morning and depart by noon if weather permits.
