Sexual assault under reporting addressed in Alberta meetings
Debra Tomlinson notes sexual assault remains highly under reported as communities in Alberta plan to address the problem. A 50 plus delegation from Medicine Hat will discuss access gaps for rural areas, youth at risk, and strategies to identify and confront abuse locally. Seventeen percent of clients are men and only six percent report crimes.
