A southbound pickup hit the tail end of a Canadian Pacific Railway train just west of Seven Persons on Range Road 75 Halloween night. The lone occupant died at the scene and his identity remains unknown. RCMP and CPR are investigating, noting the crossing was marked and weather not a factor.
London Ontario surgeon Daryl K Gray, son of Al and Elaine Gray, featured on Life Network program The Surgeons. Episodes air Nov 18 6 30 p.m. and Dec 1 6 p.m. Gray heads trauma at Victoria Hospital and performs trauma endocrine and emergency surgeries while teaching.
