Smith Wright secure UCP seats in Medicine Hat election

In Medicine Hat UCP leaders claimed key seats as results flowed in across Alberta. Danielle Smith and Justin Wright led their races with early tallies showing Smith ahead 7,547 to 3,750 in the Cypress Medicine Hat riding with 20 of 25 stations reporting. Wright posted a 7,069 to 3,359 lead over Cathy Hogg as other candidates pursued final results.
