Bone dry April May near record lows in Medicine Hat
Environment Canada climatologist says Medicine Hat area weather is bone dry with only 12.2 millimetres of rain in April and May, the driest since 1928. He notes normal first quarter precipitation but May brought scant rain, predicting hotter summer for B C Alberta and Saskatchewan based on early data.
