Winnipeg boy burns case leads to skin graft

A 10 year old boy remains in hospital after a suspected assault by three youths in Winnipeg. Doctors performed a partial skin graft on Kasey Richard for second degree burns on his right leg below the knee. Police say Kasey and two others declined involvement when offered by the trio using lighter fluid. The youths allegedly chased and set him on fire.
