Election officials began counting more than 30 million ballots after 14 days of voting for Italy's third post war parliament. Turnout exceeded 90 percent of 32,506,417 registered voters with final results expected Tuesday. Sunday turnout was about 77 percent of eligible voters, totaling around 25 million ballots cast.
