River Red drops further amid flood forecast

The Red River at Winnipeg slid another half inch to 30 feet even by 1 pm CDT marking its lowest since May 12. It has fallen four times in 22 hours and is dropping about one and a quarter to two inches daily, with faster drops expected if rain stays light.
