The lower court ruled for maintenance. Nowe seeks a full appeal to overturn that decision.
American negotiator Peter Murphy told reporters he would give his best show to the opening round of talks with Canadian counterpart Simon Reisman. The two teams posed for cameras amid lingering dispute over agenda as Reisman’s office released a note saying no fixed agenda had been set for today and Thursday.
