Border vaccine drive offers shot to Alberta residents
At the Corway border crossing in Alberta, the Blackfeet Tribe shared Moderna vaccines with Canadians. Health workers and Montana National Guard staff administered shots to Alberta residents. the line stretched over a kilometre by nine in the morning with some sleeping in cars to secure a turn. Alberta attendees receive 14 day quarantine exemptions after vaccination. Linda Neilson, from Cardston, Alberta, thanked the tribe for the timely doses and said the wait felt worthwhile.
