Medicine Hat shows early gains from new city investment fund
The city of Medicine Hat reports a 7.1 per cent return in 2017 on about 111 million in reserve cash managed by AIMCo, triple the prior returns and above the 2.3 per cent inflation rate. Administrators caution the pace may slow despite strong performance in 2017.
