Fat lady Frances Voges died May 6 at 57 after a pituitary disorder. Born Frances in 1919, she weighed 826 pounds, labeled the world’s fattest woman on the carnival circuit, and was buried in Tampa in a shroud and double wide pine coffin with 16 pallbearers. Her daughter Darlene, 402 pounds, rests nearby. Guinness records note her as a record holder and long survivor among those over 800 pounds.
