Thornton optimistic about CN Railways future

Sir Henry Thornton president of the Canadian National Railways told the Canadian Press in New York that he is more optimistic than ever about the railways future. Jail makes girl change her mind in House of David case

In St Joseph Michigan on May 16 Judge Harry Dingeman sent 17 year old Gay Crow to jail after she refused to answer questions in a probe of alleged immorality at the House of David colony. She later testified and was returned to Shiloh in care of Mrs Core Mooney. The judge planned to send a physician to examine Ethidolpha Smith who was ill. Four brides from a group marriage were summoned to appear tomorrow for questioning about the cult’s tenets since their marriage.
