Rome May 11 The Austro Hungarian embassy ordered all dual monarchy subjects in Italy to be ready to leave the country upon receipt of instructions. The Giornale d'Italia reports the order will be issued immediately.

Brigadier Col. F O Sissons offers the mounted brigade to go to the front unmounted to speed deployment. He argued prohibition harms temperance and science, cites crime rates in Maine Wisconsin Illinois and Kansas to challenge prohibition claims. O W Kealy barrister and former police magistrate is under arrest on two warrants. One alleges he stole 255 dollars from Amelia Cargill in a mortgaged transaction. the other accuses him of receiving funds and fraudulently not paying Mrs Shardlow 164.70. He is committed on the latter charge with the other case adjourned to tomorrow.

Martin Hoffman and Ferdinand Cheret were committed for trial by Inspector Shoebotham on a cattle stealing charge.
