Dancer dies after fall in Amsterdam ballet rehearsal

British-born Alexander Money-Kyrle, 35, a ten year member of the Dutch National Ballet, died after a fall into the orchestra pit during rehearsal in Amsterdam. He toppled while rushing to assist the artistic director, who also slipped and fell, according to a National Ballet spokeswoman.
