Edmonton March 31 The Private Bills Committee reported a bill to incorporate nurses. All Alberta nurses with two years training would become charter members of the association which will elect a council every two years. The first election is scheduled for June. The bill grants the title RN Registered Nurse and places the association under provincial oversight with exam papers prepared by doctors and lawyers. A man may hire a nurse regardless of the title if he wishes.
