Death penalty sought for Finch and mistress in wife murder
Los Angeles AP reports the state will seek the death penalty for Dr. R Bernard Finch and Carole Tregoff after a third jury convicted Finch of first degree murder and Tregoff of second degree murder in the July 18 1959 killing of Barbara Jean Finch outside their West Covina home.
