Alberta's liquor act to appoint administrative commissioner

Edmonton March 28 Special to News The new liquor act commissioner will be administrative not an enforcer and will work with the enforcement branch. The bill also allows sale of flavoring extracts in general stores with a formula approved by the lieutenant governor, removes a two and a half ounce bottle limit, and adjusts liquor export house regulations.
