Alberta will not cut Eastern oil supply despite shortages
Alberta Energy Minister Merv Leitch said Alberta will not halt oil to Eastern Canada refineries amid shortages. The Alberta Petroleum Marketing Commission will sell oil to Alberta producers with 11 buyers, not 23, and end-use of crude will not be a purchase criterion.
