London reports an armistice arranged awaiting Schaakburger's mission to General De Wet. Offensive actions against De Wet, Delarey, and Botha to be suspended. The three Boer generals reportedly agree to observe the armistice until envoys return. Envoys may confer with Lord Kitchener after informing Botha.
