A small, penguin like bird was seen by Medicine Hat residents on the ice near Finlay bridge Tuesday morning. Without a naturalist present the bird’s exact species could not be confirmed though it resembled a penguin. Some suggested it could be a rare jackass penguin or the offspring of a river monster.
The report estimates Ukrainians total about 28 million within the broader population, while Russia's population is stated as 194 million.
