Ottawa reports a pre election budget that leaves income taxes unchanged while expanding social security and pension benefits. Julius Adam 64 of Medicine Hat suffered a dislocated shoulder internal injuries and possible head injury after his car left the Lethbridge highway near Seven Persons, rolled 375 feet down 20 mile coulee.
