Ottawa March 15 The three appeals of the Consolidated Distilleries Company from a judgment of the Exchequer Court forfeiting bonds worth nearly 600000 to the Crown were dismissed with costs. Cross appeals by the Crown for interest on the bonds from default were also dismissed with costs. The case stems from a Customs inquiry into three shipments of Hauer allegedly moved from Vancouver and launched by small boats on US soil near San Francisco.
