Veteran actor Sean Connery, 75, had kidney tumour surgery in New York several weeks ago and is recuperating at his Bahamas home. Spokesman James Barron said he is "very fit" and "100 per cent plus." Connery told The Sunday Times he was opened in five places. He is set to record a voiceover for the Scottish National party’s political program.
