Winnipeg March 10 beginning tomorrow a large stream of immigrants from Britain and Central Europe will travel by CPR trains to Saskatchewan and Alberta. The first group of 227 arrives Thursday morning under a new government railway accord. A second batch of about 820 will land in Saint John next Tuesday and reach Winnipeg Thursday the 18th for farming in the western provinces. Eccles, W. Va. March 10. The known death toll in the Crab Orchard Improvement Company mine explosion rose to fourteen this morning as three more bodies were found in the workings where 29 men were trapped Monday. Ten were found alive last night. five are still missing.
