Marine recruit sent home over scalp tattoos at boot camp

Dylan Fogle a 20 year old Marine recruit was sent home from Parris Island after a haircut revealed tattoos on his scalp a gargoyle and a thunderbird. He said the gargoyle signified protection against evil and membership in Straight Edge the anti drug group. Reapplication allowed if tattoos removed.

Canadian convoy clears Serb checkpoint toward Srebrenica

A 25-vehicle Canadian convoy bound for Srebrenica passed the Serb checkpoint at Kobiljaca after Lt Col David Moore of the Visoko-based battalion pressed for cooperation. The convoy aims to reach Srebrenica to join 150 Canadian peacekeepers marooned in the UN enclave amid Serb opposition.

Premier Klein orders salary disclosures for top administrators
