Rotary Music Festival showcases young talent in 69th edition
The Rotary Music Festival features about 1000 children ages six to 17 across piano choral speech musical theatre strings guitar brass woodwinds and composition. Seven year old Charlie Break performed solo piano Monday amid nervousness then growing confidence. Sisters Debbie and Rosanne Wurtz also played solo piano as volunteers and organizers emphasized encouragement and feedback to foster future music making.
