Alberta cabinet scrapped rules that let the dairy control board set a minimum milk price, signaling lower consumer prices and greater retailer leverage for bulk purchases. The change follows a 1990s shift removing minimum retail milk prices.
Pte Elvin Kyle Brown from Edmonton testifies he believed a senior officer ordered the assault on Somali teenager Shidane Abukar Arone and that unofficial approval to rough up prisoners circulated among troopers.
