Edmonton Feb 28 All known power development projects will meet Alberta's needs until 1938 if storage facilities feeding three Bow River plants are expanded and more generating equipment added. Baxter report tabled by Premier Brownlee says 62 000 hp now in operation could reach 70 000 hp with full access, and six undeveloped water power sites could add 150 000 hp.
