Edmonton leads with 1 744 697 dollars, Calgary 1 402 562, others cover Lethbridge Red Deer Camrose Wetaskiwin Drumheller. The total marks a roughly 15 percent increase from 1955.

There's Magic in the Hat booklet promotes Medicine Hat

The Chamber of Commerce publicity committee released a new 10 page booklet titled There's Magic in the Hat. Aided by city council, 5000 copies were printed to showcase Medicine Hat's development and current status including rainfall snowfall bank clearings and utility rates. Jaycees will distribute 300 copies in Winnipeg for the convention and others go to Canadian business leaders and chamber offices. Copies available at the chamber office on South Railway Street.
