Royal admits stock manipulation breach at RT Capital
The Royal Bank said four RT Capital employees including two senior managers manipulated stock values in 1998 1999 to inflate portfolios. The bank cooperates with the Ontario Securities Commission which is conducting a broad probe into high closing trading.
