Floods halt Regina traffic and slow city access

A cloudburst confined Regina to a single street as thundery floods hit three railway underpasses and downtown areas including the YMCA and cafe basements. The rain measured 1.7 inches between 5 45 p m and 8 30 p m causing sewers to back up and manholes to spout water.

Man hunted after shooting spree kills three in Ohio

Warren Ohio deputies say Alfred Wilson 37 enraged over a quarrel with his wife used a car to drive through the area shooting. Two sisters in law and a girl were killed while a man was wounded. A 16 year old girl, Nancy Worthington, was found dead in a ditch after being abducted. A statewide manhunt is under way for Wilson.
